Salsa Bean Soup Recipe

  • Black bean (rinsed and drained) - 15oz
  • Salsa - 8 oz
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Chipotle chile powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Salsa Bean Soup Recipe Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil on mediu high
  • Add in garlic and saute for 30seconds
  • Add water, salsa, beans, and chipotle chile powder
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce heat
  • Let it simmer for 2 minutes
  • Take 3 cups of the mixture and blend it until smooth, then return to the pot
  • Simmer for another 10 minutes
  • Add in the cilantro and remove from heat
