- vegetarian cooking isn't any more complicated than

Recipe: Vegetarian Pasta
Shell pasta - 3 cups
Potato - 1 (peel and dice)
Carrot - 1 (peel and dice)
White onion - 1 (peel and chop)
Canned tomatoes - 1
Green peas - 1 cup
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper - add to taste
Boil the shell pasta and potato
until soft. Then drain the water.
Heat a sauce pan to medium high,
and cook the garlic, carrot, onion, green peas,
