Healthy recipes, as their name suggests, are good for your health. Many people associate cooking healthy recipes with giving up their favorite foods, cooking boring and tasteless dishes, and that cooking healthy is somehow more complicated and troublesome than preparing 'regular' meals and recipes.

Cooking healthy recipes doesn't mean that you have to give up your favorite foods, and cook bland tasting dishes. It just means that you need to learn a little about healthy cooking recipes, and understand how they're not more complicated, and that you can significantly improve your health and happiness following a healthy diet.

Most people have some idea of how to prepare a healthy meal, but they fret over the troubles of preparing, cooking, and cleaning. So, they end up eating lots of fast food, restaurant food, and packaged and frozen food. All of these are usually high unhealthy ingredients such as: fats, processed ingredients, and even chemicals. In all likely hood, these foods are not prepared with fresh ingredients.

I can't remember the last time I was sick or even had a minor cold. Over the past decade, I may have got a cold once or twice. Yet, every year, I see many of my friends get flus and colds - sometimes for months at a time! They ask me "why don't you get sick?" I don't know... I really don't. I'm not eating some 'secret health formula' or taking 'health enhancing drugs'. In fact, I never take any type of medicine.
