Spinach Baked Macaroni Cheese

Everyone knows Spinach is good for your health, but it's a veggie most people learn to hate. I personally like eating spinach, and cook it often for its health benefits.

Spinach provides you with abundant antioxidants that keep check of the free radicals in your body, notwithstanding the benefits spinach can have for your vision. Anyhow, here's a healthy recipe for cooking spinach and macaroni.

Low fat cheddar cheese - 2 cups
Grated parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
Skim milk - 1 3/4 cups
Tabasco sauce - 2 tsps
Salt - 1tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Find bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Brown mustard - 2 tsps
Egg substitute - 1/2 cup
  • Preheat oven to 375.
