English muffin - 1 (split in two)
Bacon - 2 slices
Egg white - 2
Skim milk - 2 tbsp
Butter flavored cooking spray
Fat-free cheese - 1 slice
Salt and pepper - add to taste

Spray the two halves of the muffin
with the butter flavor spray, and toast until lightly
browned.

Saute the bacon for 1 minute to
cook it. Then place on half of the English muffin.

Mix egg whites, milk, salt, and
pepper. Pour into a non stick pan coated with the
butter flavor oil spray. You should use an egg ring
to make it a nice shape.

When done, place on top of the bacon,
and place the slice of cheese on top. Then top off
with the other half of the muffin.
