Easy, Simple Low Fat Beef Recipes
Delicious Thai Beef Salad

Lean sirloin steaks - 75g
Red onion - 1 (finely sliced)
Cucumber - 1/2 (finely julienne)
Lemon grass - 1 stalk (finely chopped)
Green onions - 1 (finely chopped)
Juice of 2 limes
Fish sauce - 1 to 2 tbsp
Red chilies - 3 (finely sliced)
Cilantro, and mint leafs to garnish
Salt and pepper - a pinch for flavor

  • Grill the steaks until medium. Then thinly slice.
  • Add cucumber, green onion, red onion, lemon grass, and red chilies to the beef.
  • Add in lime juice, fish sauce, salt and pepper to the beef. Mix everything well. Garnish with cilantro and mint.
