Turkey Philly Sandwiches Recipe

For this recipe, you can use low fat butter and low fat cheese to greately reduce the amount of fat.

Turkey Philly Sandwich Ingredients

Deli turkey breast (sliced) - 3/4 lb
Onion (slices) - 1 cup
Mushrooms (slices) - 1 cup
Green bell pepper (slices) - 1 cup
Butter - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Sandwich rolls - 4
Mozzarella cheese - 4 slices

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Melt butter in cooking pan and add in onion, green pepper, mushrooms and black papper - cook until they are soft
  • Place this mixture on each of the sandwich rolls with 1 slice of cheese and turkey breast
  • Bake at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes then serve
