Port Wine Turkey Breast Ingredients
                  Turkey Breast (sliced 1 inch thick) - 1lb  
                  Beef or chicken broth - 1 cup 
                  Chopped dry cherries - 2 tbsp 
                    Black cherry fruit spread - 2 tsp 
                    Chopped shallots - 3 tbsp 
                    Port wine - 1/4 cup  
                  Worcestershire sauce - 1tsp 
                  Balsamic vinegar - 1/2 tsp 
                  Black pepper - 1/4 tsp 
                  Corn starch - 1 tsp 
                  Butter - 1 tsp
                   
                  Fresh rosemary (chopped) - 1 tsp  
                  Cooking Instructions  
                  
                    - pound turkey slices into 1/2 inch thick slices
 
                    - mix 1/2 cup broth with port wine, dry cherries, black cherry fuirt spread, worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper 
 
                    - mix 1/2 cup broth with corn starch and mix well
 
                    - heat skillet on medium-high heat and melt the butter
 
                    - add in shallots and rosemary
 
                    - saute for 3 minutes, then add in the turkey slices, and cook for 3 - 5 minutes
 
                    - add in the wine mixture and cook for anothe 2 minutes
 
                    - finally add starch mixture and mix well
